Jaktogo, c/o Remize Holding Bulgaria EOOD, Stara Zagora, Bulgaria (Jaktogo) is a limited liability company that carries out the sale and distribution of Jaktogo products and the promotion and development of the brand.
In this regard it is vital to respect the privacy of personal data of our clients and the visitors of the site. With this Privacy Policy made in compliance with the requirements of Reg. (EC) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the Counsel as of 27.04.2016 concerning the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of said data, and the repealing of Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), Jaktogo in its capacity of data administrator is aiming to explain which personal data are being collected, stored, processed and shared, what purposes they are being used for and what rights does the subject of data have.

Jaktogo, c/o Remize Holding Bulgaria EOOD with reg. number BG200016572 is a legal entity with limited liability, registered as such with the Bulgarian Trade Registry as of 2008 and is an administrator of personal data in the context of art. 3, al. 1 of the Personal Data Protection Act. As administrator of personal data we process the visitors personal data in compliance of the principles of the lawfulness, fairness and transperancy.

- Definitions
Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (‘data subject’); an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person
Data administrator – Is a legal or natural person, an agency, a public authority, or any other body who, alone or when joined with others, determines the purposes of any personal data and the means of processing it.
Data Processor – Is a legal or a natural person, agency, public authority, or any other body who processes personal data on behalf of a data administrator.
Processing – the collection, recording, organisation, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure or destruction of personal data.
Consent of the data subject means any freely given, specific, informed and unambiguous indication of the data subject’s wishes by which he or she, by a statement or by a clear affirmative action, signifies agreement to the processing of personal data relating to him or her.

Jaktogo processes the personal data of natural persons provided by them and/or by third parties in compliance with the principles of lawfulness, fairness, transparency, privacy, restriction of the purposes and terms of storange, and the collection of the strictly necessary amount of data.

/Личните данни се обработват на основание съгласие на субекта на личните данни. Това съгласие може да бъде оттеглено по всяко време. Оттеглянето има действие занапред и не засяга законосъобразността на обработване на данните преди това.
The personal data are being processed based on the subject’s consent. Said consent can be retracted at any time. The retraction becomes effective thereafter and does not affect the lawfulness of data processing beforehand.
- Data processing purposes
The data processing purposes of Jaktogo are as follows:
– access to the website and online store of Jaktogo brand;
– confirming purchase orders, payments, shipping information and product choice;
– dispatching of completed orders;
– collecting analytical and statistical information for the site traffic, functionality, market coverage, etc., or other marketing purposes such as feedback;
- Data categories that are being processed
Jaktogo processes personal data in its own capacity or in alliance with service providers that require the processing of data. Depending on the specific purpose Jaktogo may process the following personal data required for identification and completion of the services that we provide:
– Name;
– Address;
– Email;
– Size/Colour preference;
– Other specific information, provided voluntarily by the subject with regard to the purpose for visiting the site/contacting Jaktogo;
- Storage terms of personal data.
As administrator Jaktogo processes the data for the term set by the active legislation. After the expiration of this legal term the personal data will be destroyed. Personal data that do not explicitly fall under any specific term of storage will be destroyed after the purposes of their collection and processing are being met.
Personal data are being stored as long as is necessary in order to fulfil the purpose of their collection and processing and in compliance of the applicable legislation.
- Rights of the data subject.
The data subject has the following rights:
Right of access to his personal data Jaktogo is;
Right to request appropriate adjustment, deletion or blocking of the personal data;
Right to be notified before his personal data are revealed to third parties for the first time;
Right to contest the processing of his personal data by Jaktogo;
Right of deletion (right of being forgotten) if the terms as per art. 17 of the Common Regalement apply;
Right to retract his consent for personal data processing by Jaktogo at any time;
Right to file a complaint with the Commission for personal data protection with reg. address Bulgaria, Sofia, PB 1592, Prof. Tzvetan Lazarov bul. №2, tel. 91 53 518, еmail: kzld@cpdp.bg, in the case of alleged violation of his rights with regard to personal data protection.
The exercising of the above rights is to be done in writing and posted or emailed to Jaktogo to the specified contacts herein above.
